SHSCT - Modular Temporary Leased Theatre & Recovery Accommodation at DHH

The Southern Health & Social Care Trust is inviting expressions of interest from companies to provide modular temporary leased theatre accommodation and recovery accommodation at Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry. The following fully functioning (Turn-Key) accommodation is to be supplied: • Twin Operating Theatres • 4 Bed Recovery • 10 bed Ward • Endoscopy Decontamination Facility • The accommodation is to be located on a suspended steel structure in a specific location, be capable of a direct link with existing theatre accommodation, and suit the existing site infrastructure. Accommodation must comply with HTM standards and be complete with all Mechanical and Electrical installations. Lease terms to include: • Delivery • Craneage • Installation • Commissioning • Maintenance Lease Start Date: 1st January 2012 Lease Period: 24 Months with options to extend lease Essential Criteria: The supplier must be capable of delivering, installing and commissioning with handover to the Trust no later than 31st December 2011.
