SHSCT-Installation of New Modular Theatre & Recovery at Daisy Hill Hospital

Tender description

The Project shall comprise the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of new modular theatre and recovery accommodation at Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry. The following fully-functioning (turn-key) accommodation is to be supplied: • Twin Operating Theatres • 4 Bed Recovery • 10 bed Ward • Endoscopy Decontamination Facility The accommodation is to be located on a raised steel structure in a specific location (to be erected under a separate enabling works contract); be capable of a direct link with existing theatre accommodation; and suit the existing site infrastructure. The accommodation must comply with all relevant HTM standards and be complete with all Mechanical and Electrical installations. Important Note: The supplier must be capable of delivering, installing and commissioning the aforementioned accommodation and achieve handover to the Trust no later than 6th July 2012.
