SHSCT Framework for Building Maintenance and Minor Building Works

Tender description

The SHSCT Estates Department (the Contracting Authority) wishes to appoint 4 Nr Economic Operators to enter into Southern Health & Social Care Trust wide Frameworks for Building Maintenance including the provision of Reactive Maintenance Works, Planned Maintenance Works and Minor Building Works to incorporate Mechanical and Electrical Building Services, Civil Engineering, Roofing, Flooring, Windows, Painting, Glazing Works and other related specialist works. The Frameworks may be accessed by any SHSCT Estates Department within the SHSCT Geographical Area (see Appendix 1). (see http://www.southerntrust.hscni.net/images/southerntrust map.jpg) It is expected that the Economic Operators shall adopt an integrated supply chain approach to managing the provision of the works. The Economic Operators shall make provision to have available any works required 24 hours per day and 365 days per year (including all weekends and all holiday periods).
