Tender description

The project shall comprise the partial decentralisation of the existing HPHW heating system serving the Craigavon Area Hospital site. New gas-fired boiler plant and associated equipment shall be provided in two separate satellite locations to supply a number of facilities that are currently being supplied from the central steam boiler plant. The scheme shall include the installation of mechanical services and the associated electrical services installation and building works. The Contract Period will be 12 weeks.
