Tender description

The Project is for the provision of an Isolation Room at Craigavon Area Hospital in the form of a single bed room, en-suite and lobby with a controlled environment provided by a negative pressure ventilation system. In addition the works shall comprise the creation of a new Ward shower room. The project will be carried out in an occupied ward and shall include Building, Mechanical & Electrical works.
