The Project shall comprise the general refurbishment of residential accommodation constructed in 1985, to office accommodation at 10 Moyallan Road, Gilford, BT63 5JX to provide suitable accommodation for future service provision The scheme shall include general building works, mechanical installation and electrical installation. The Contract Period will be 8 weeks.
