Alterations and refurbishment to existing property consisting of: • Upgrade of existing fire alarm • Upgrade of existing emergency lighting installations • Upgrade fire compartmentation • Modifications to plumbing system Redecoration generally with floor and ceiling finishes In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
