Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster City Council and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (the Three Councils) are seeking an existing registered Shared Lives Scheme Provider to work in partnership to develop and pilot a Shared Lives scheme across the three Borough’s, providing long term, short break and outreach day provision for vulnerable adults. The duration of the contract for the pilot scheme will be for 18 months commencing in February 2016. The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is leading the procurement and is inviting quotes, through open competition, from suitably experienced organisations interested in tendering for the provision of the service described above. Subject to approval, the contract would be set up as a single contract with the successful tenderer. Quotes must be returned via the Capital E-Sourcing tender portal by 1700 hours on Friday 13 November 2015.
