SH&SCT – Phase 4 Loane House Therapy Centre

Tender description

A Building Contractor is required to undertake works involving the removal of walls, making good flooring together with painting and the refurbishment of a toilet at Loane House Therapy Centre. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
