TENDER OPPORTUNITY TENDER OPPORTUNITY FOR SEUPB – PEACE III ATTITUDINAL SURVEY The Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) is inviting tenders from contractors to assess how the PEACE III Programme is achieving its aim by collecting data on attitudinal change amongst PEACE III participants over time and attitudinal differences amongst project participants, compared with the population of Northern Ireland and the Border Region. The contractor will be required to carry out the necessary fieldwork to collect the data using a questionnaire already developed and used in two previous surveys (2004 and 2007), based on work by Professors Ed Cairns and Miles Hewstone. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate's e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
