Tender description

The SEUPB wishes to appoint a firm of solicitors (the Contractor) to provide advice, drafting and representation (as required) in relation to the following areas: Key areas a) European and International Law b) Employment Matters; c) Contract law and Procurement Issues; and d) Suspected fraud/defamation. Secondary areas (less complex or less frequent) a) Property matters (including commercial leases); b) Public and Administrative Law; c) Freedom of Information Legislation; and d) Data Protection Legislation. The successful Contractor must be capable of providing high quality legal advice in all of the above areas. The SEUPB will appoint one Contractor only to provide these services.
