FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT The work under this Contract comprises the provision of an integrated service comprising of but not limited to services related to the use of lamp columns as part of marketing campaigns. Primarily those services include: The printing, installing, maintaining and removing of advertising banners to be placed on lamp columns as directed by the Local Authority. The details above are not exhaustive and consideration may be given both during the procurement process and the Contract term to the inclusion of additional services or options for additional services which will assist in delivering the services and principal outputs listed above.
