The Project is for the provision of Remedial Works to Various Paediatric Wards and Theatres, at Ulster Hospital Dundonald The project comprises Building ● Replace all suspended ceiling tiles and associated grids ● Replace all metal casement single glazed windows in powder coated double glazed aluminium windows ● Provide new floor finishes throughout ● Complete redecoration ● Create additional storage space where possible ● Sound insulation between rooms where possible ● Remove asbestos Mechanical ● Provide new heating panels throughout ● Remove all redundant domestic Hot & Cold water pipework (legionella) • Upgrade medical gases Electrical ● Upgrade fire detection and alarm system ● New emergency lighting throughout ● Complete rewiring ● Rationalise IT installation ● New internal and external lighting
