Tender description

The Project is for the provision of new accommodation for Surgical Pre-Assessment and Chronic Pain Clinic in the old labs area of Ulster Hospital. Building • Create reception, waiting area, consultation rooms, treatment room and recovery bay • Create new two storey extension with plant room on ground floor and office accommodation on the first floor • Create additional storage space, where possible • Replace all suspended ceiling tiles and associated grids • Replace windows • Provide new floor finishes • Complete redecoration • Carry out environmental clean and asbestos encapsulation Mechanical • provide new LPHW boilers and air handling plant and all associated auxiliary equipment i.e. pumps, control panels, pipe work, water and fuel storage • Provide new heating system • Provide New domestic hot and cold water system • Provide new sanitary ware • Provide new ventilation • Provide medical gas outlets Electrical • Upgrade fire detection and alarm system • New emergency lighting • Complete rewiring • Rationalise IT installation • New internal lighting • BMS system and cabling
