A Building Contractor [Main Contractor] is required to undertake essential maintenance at the Downshire Hospital involving • Alterations to existing corridor • Asbestos removal • Fire compartmentation • Window replacement • Refurbishment of offices • Roofing works In addition the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists
