Tender description

This project, at the Lagan Valley Hospital site, is for enabling works within a live hospital environment and is to facilitate future demolition and site clearance works for a planned major Community Treatment & Care Centre scheme. Adaptations will be undertaken within the existing hospital building at various locations and levels throughout the site to allow patient services currently located within the proposed clearance site to be relocated. Please note this competition is by invitation only to those firms registered on the CPD Health Projects Register of Contractors with appropriate Facility and Work Categories.
