The Project is for the construction of a weatherproof enclosure and the relocation of existing installed natural gas fired 80kWe Tedom CHP plant from Thompson House, Lisburn to the Care of the Elderly facility at the Ulster Hospital site. Installation & commissioning of the CHP plant & all required mech connections to/from existing heating supply system. Installation & commissioning of all required elements for robust electrical supply to existing site infrastructure
