A Building Contractor [Main Contractor] is required to undertake the alterations and refurbishment to existing property consisting of • Reconfiguration of fire escape routes and modification to fire alarms • Refurbishment of Offices at IT Department In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
