Tender description

A Building Contractor is required to undertake alterations and refurbishment to the Old Home on the Ards Hospital Site, Newtownards. The work to be undertaken on a phased basis will consist of • Reconfiguration of internal spaces • Redecoration generally with floor and ceiling finishes • Window replacement • New mechanical and electrical installations • Upgrade of existing hot and cold water and heating installations • Replacement of sanitary ware • External work to building fabric • Lift installations
