A market engagement event will be held from 11:00-14:00 on 07/04/2017 at the MoJ office in Leeds. Suppliers who have an interest in this opportunity and wish to attend the market engagement event can access the expression of interest form via the MOJ Bravo solution. The MoJ intends to use the Bravo solution in order to securely share documents with suppliers during the market engagement phase of the project, including slides and material shared at the kick-off event. Once registered, suppliers should have access to an expression of interest (EOI) document which contains background information on the opportunity, the current stage of the project and details of the market engagement event. The EOI document contains the form that must be returned to MoJ in order to register your request to attend the event. MoJ cannot guarantee any supplier a placement at the event and attendee numbers may be limited due to room size constraints. MoJ are asking suppliers to complete a short optional questionnaire as part of our market engagement event registration. Suppliers will need to download the form complete and submit the completed form via Bravo no later than 12:00pm (noon) on 31/03/2017 (responses received after this date may not be considered at the MoJ’s discretion). We are using the PQQ functionality of the solution to run the market engagement process. We are using this functionality because it best meets the needs of the Project and will allow a transparent and auditable engagement process.
