Tender description
This contract will be to provide Network Rail with its provision of season tickets for the next 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 1 year periods. The Supplier will be required to process all of Network Rail’s season ticket requests, taking payment from the commission achieved through the volume of tickets that are purchased. The Supplier will also have to process, changeovers, encoding issues, duplicates, renewals and exchanges as well as other processes within this commission. There will only be 1 Lot
