SE&HSCT Alterations & Refurbishment of Maternity Unit at Lagan Valley Hospital

An Economic Operator [Building Contractor] is required to undertake alterations and refurbishment of the existing Maternity Unit at Lagan Valley Hospital. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub Contract arrangements with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor named on these lists. NOTE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ARE REQUIRED.
