Tender description

The City invites Tenderers to submit a Selection Questionnaire for the Provision of Schools Coach Travel Services. The service broadly comprises of the transport of pupils from the City of London Boys School and the City of London School for Girls, to sporting activity centres, sports fixtures and other ad hoc school trips as may be required. The duration of the contract is 4 years, subject to the right of the Authority (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 2 further years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 6 years.
