Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon require a 2 + 1 Year support extension on their current SAN infrastructure to include all components. The council utilises Commvault Simpana as a back-up solution and so license renewal with support is also inclusive. The current infrastructure has been in place since 2009 with the appropriate hardware / software components updated to adapt to the business requirements. The existing solution had been very reliable over a 7 year period so the goal is to continue this trend by renewing on a proven technology platform. The support process offered by the existing DELL solution has also given a high degree of assurance ensuring systems run at optimal levels.
