S1172 - Provision of Client-side Professional Services

Tender description

NIE Networks seeks to appoint suitably experienced organisations onto a framework for the provision of client side professional services to support their IT programme. This will be appointed in a number of separate lots, with up to 8 suppliers appointed to each lot, which includes, (but not limited to) the activities below. • Lot 1 - Project and programme management • Lot 2 – Test Management. • Lot 3 - Change management. The works and services shall be carried out within the Greater Belfast area. These resources will be embedded into individual projects and will work directly alongside other project team members, such as in-house business subject matter experts and vendor IT resources. The resulting framework will be for service provision.
