S1169 (2018) - Supply of Stationery and Office Consumables

Northern Ireland Electricity Limited (NIE Networks) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation for the provision of Office Stationery. This service must include timely delivery of goods to various NIE Networks site locations. NIE Networks wishes to establish a framework agreement (following award of this tender competition) for the services of a suitably experienced Supplier to provide this service across Northern Ireland. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the sole discretion of NIE Networks) for a further period of up to 2 years. (5 years in total). Candidates will note that the ITT documents have been published with the PQQ documents. The Utility Contracts Regulations (2016) insist that all tender documents (PQQ & ITT) are released together. All Candidates that pass the PQQ stage will be invited to compete at the ITT stage. Following the complete process (Negotiated procedure with prior call for Competition), a maximum of one tenderer will be placed on the Framework Agreement.
