Room Booking Solution Tender

Tender description

Network Rail currently uses an on-premise software platform to manage meeting room bookings across the Network Rail estate. The current software allows colleagues to book meetings in circa 270 meeting rooms with a registered user base of circa 6,000 Network Rail colleagues. Of the 270 rooms in use, currently 205 have a panel screen situated outside the meeting room itself. The current software service and panels do not provide the full functionality that Network Rail requires, furthermore there is a need within the business to move to an off-premise solution. This periodic indicative notice is to inform the supply base that Network Rail will be issuing a tender to procure an enhanced Room Booking Solution, this solution will consist of a cloud-based software as a service with supporting hardware panels.
