Tender description

The Authority is seeking a Contractor to provide Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) Devices and supporting services, according to the specification developed by the UK Fishing Authorities. The VMS Device is required to be installed on specified fishing vessels and will fulfil a number of functions, including the transmission of position reports at specified intervals.
