Tender description
The school, of Chemical Sciences at DCU require the Supply, Delivery Installation & Commissioning of a Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) / Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) System with Refractive Index (RI) Detector and Viscometer to make accurate molecular weight determinations in a wide range of polymeric samples. The system must consist of an enclosed, separations module (oven and pump system) and a detector capable of performing Refractive Index (RI) detections. The instrument must be accompanied by a software interface capable of controlling both separations and detector in an integrated manner. The entire coupled system must be easily upgradeable to allow incorporation of future hardware and software developments such as modular addition of in-line detectors.
