Tender description
Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT) proposes to extend the existing CoLab building and develop a car parking area. The works will comprise of the construction of a new 2,000sq m (approx) two & part three storey extension to the existing CoLab building at the Letterkenny Institute of Technology Campus, Port Rd., Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. The project forms part of a North West Regional Science Park project being undertaken in partnership with the North West Regional Cross Border Group and the Northern Ireland Science Park. This project is part-financed by the European Union’s European Regional Development Fund through the INTERREG IVA Cross-border Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
