Tender description
This is an invitation to submit a quotation issued by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (the Council) for a comprehensive storage audit and review of current filing practices across four Council sites, to assist in informing design requirements in advance of comprehensive programme of refurbishment works. The Council wishes to engage the services of a specialist document and records management company to successfully assess and quantify its current and future storage needs across all departments as well and to review its current hard copy filing practices.
