NHS Dudley and Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking to commission short break residential services for children and young people in the Dudley Borough who have a severe learning and/or complex health and or life threatening palliative care need with an age range of 0-18 years that meet the Council’s eligibility criteria and have been assessed as needing such a service. The service should be based within the boundaries of the Dudley Metropolitan Borough to ensure easy access for the families. Short Break Residential Care is defined as a stay for a child/young person that includes an overnight and/or associated daytime support.
