Tender description

The appointment(s) of Contractors to manage and undertake the planning, surveying/testing, construction, commissioning/disinfection and handover of refurbishment works to reinforced and mass concrete service reservoirs throughout Northern Ireland. This is part of a planned programme of work for the pricing period PC10 and beyond, to include, but not limited to: •Installation of by-pass pipework; •Replacing construction/expansion joints to walls, floors and roof slabs; •Provision and applying approved waterproof coatings to various internal concrete surfaces; •Waterproofing and provision of geo-composite drainage layer to external roof structures; •Various concrete patch repairs to all surfaces inclusive of rebar repair; •Structural repair of column heads; and •Other associated miscellaneous work. The Contractor will follow an incentivised arrangement to promote continuous improvement in the delivery of the refurbishment works.
