Tender description
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Devopment (DARD) is seeking to secure the provision of a Research Consultancy to undertake a review of the LEADER methodology in Northern Ireland as a result of a recommendation of the Mid-term Evaluation of the EU Rural Development Programme 2007 – 2013. The recommendations of this review will help inform LEADER policy in the 2014 – 2020 EU Rural Development Programme.
