This s a PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT exercise and is NOT AN INVITIATION TO TENDER. Ulster University is currently planning to initiate a procurement process to establish contractual arrangements for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio-Visual / End Point Technology equipment solutions for Greater Belfast Development. As part of the planning for this procurement, the University wishes to gain a better understanding of the feasibility of its requirements, the most appropriate approach, capacity of the market to delivery and any possible risks/issues that may not have previously been considered. The University is inviting potential services provides to complete the Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire. Suppliers need to be a registered user of the eSourcing NI portal and also need to express an interest. All documentation is filed within the attachment area within the PQQ.
