The Donegal CDB Peace and Reconciliation Partnership was set up in February 2008 to develop and implement the Donegal PEACE III Action Plans under Priority 1.1: Building Positive Relations at Local Level of the PEACE III Programme 2007 - 2013. One of the main aims of the Donegal PEACE III Action Plan (2011 – 2013) is to challenge attitudes towards sectarianism and racism and the structures that support them. In order to achieve this aim and its objectives, the Donegal PEACE III Action Plan identifies the need to deliver a programme of interventions to challenge sectarianism and racism in the work place including in the private, public and community & voluntary sectors.
