Tender description

R&R processes, complies, edits and processes thousands of repeats and reversioned programmes every year for all the BBC's Channels and genres. In addition to processing the Channels repeats, the department also manages the reversioning for commercial BBC services such as BBC Global News and the delivery and compliance of the short-form video content to the BBC’s YouTube channel and for the APS pages for independently made programmes, BBC4 Online Collections and iPlayer Premieres. The successful Tenderer will provide technological support for the day to day Post Production facility. This facility comprises of a Xsan shared storage network with up to 12 edit suites, ingest, 14 fibre access points within R&R general office and up to 20 FCPX laptops.
