The Project is Remedial Works to Craig Ward and Childrens Day Care Unit, Admin and Aiken Ward at Ulster Hospital Dundonald. The project comprises: Building ● Replace all suspended ceiling tiles and associated grids ● Replace all metal casement single glazed windows in powder coated double glazed aluminium windows ● Provide new floor finishes throughout ● Complete redecoration ● Create additional storage space where possible ● Sound insulation between rooms where possible ● Remove asbestos Mechanical ● Provide new heating panels throughout ● Remove all redundant domestic Hot & Cold water pipework (legionella) Electrical ● Upgrade fire detection and alarm system ● New emergency lighting throughout ● Complete rewiring ● Rationalise IT installation ● New internal and external lighting
