Tender description

The University is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Relocation Management Consultancy (RMC) to assist in developing and implementing a strategy for the relocation of its existing Jordanstown Campus (together with relocations within its current Belfast Campus) to its new £250 million Greater Belfast Development currently under construction and scheduled for completion in early 2018 and opening for the 2018/2019 academic year. The Greater Belfast Development will accommodate approx 2,500 staff and 10,500 FTE’s. The RMC will be required to carry out extensive stakeholder engagement and data collection with the University faculties and Departments in Jordanstown and Belfast to determine the scope of the relocation exercise. The RMC will also use the consultation to gather the appropriate information to prepare a relocation strategy and assist in the development of the relocation procurement strategy together with the procurement /management of an appropriate relocation contractor to carry out the physical move with minimal disruption to the operation of the University.
