The University invites applications from Building Contractors for refurbishment work to the student accommodation in Block MJ, Magee Campus. The works will include the refurbishment of 12 No. existing shower/toilet facilities within Block MP; the redecoration and the replacement floor to this Block. The works includes all associated mechanical and electrical services works.
