Tender description
The University invites applications from Building Contractors for refurbishment work to the student accommodation in Blocks R6 & R7, Coleraine Campus. The works will include the refurbishment of 4 No. existing shower/toilet facilities and 12 No. Kitchens within Blocks R6 & R7; the redecoration and the replacement flooring within these Blocks. The works includes all associated mechanical and electrical services works. The works will also include the replacement of existing uPVC windows with Block R6.
