Tender description

The University invites applications from Building Contractors for the refurbishment of Block MI (Aberfoyle House), Magee Campus. Block MI (Aberfoyle House) is a B1 Listed Building (Ref: HB01/22/007) and the works will include: roof refurbishment; damp proofing/tanking; insulation upgrade; replacement of external render finish; refurbishment of existing sash windows; upgrade of existing DDA and toilet facilities; internal alterations; decoration and finishes; and upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical installations. The building will be vacated for the duration of the works, but the surrounding area will be occupied.
