Refurbishment and Extension of Dowra Courthouse

Cavan County Council would like to engage the services of a competent organisation to refurbish and extend Dowra Courthouse. The works consist of conservation works and renovations to Dowra Courthouse including the following: Construction of a new external glazed link corridor will be proved to the rear of the building Renovation and repairs to roofs, chimneys, guttering as per tender documents Repairs to walls, windows and door as per tender documents Full details of this project can be found on www.etenders.gov.ie The form of Tender, Pricing Document and Schedule of builders rates must be completed in INK with amounts of each item and total amount of the Tender properly shown therein. The form of Tender is to be signed by the Tenderer and delivered to Mr Paddy Connaughton Cavan County Council Farnham Centre Farnham Street Cavan. Co. Cavan in an envelope clearly marked "Tender for Refurbishment and Extension of Dowra Courthouse, Package 1 Price". The other tender documents should be returned at the same time in a separate envelope clearly marked "Tender for refurbishment and extension of Dowra Courthouse, Package 2 Quality". Both these envelopes must be placed in another envelope clearly marked "Tender Package for refurbishment and extension of Dowra Courthouse". The tenders name must not appear on the outside of any of the envelopes. The closing date for receipt of tenders is: Friday 12th October 2012 at 12 noon.
