Tender description

The Nottingham University Hospitals NHSTrust currently utilises Redbox Recorders to record its Cisco IP telephony calls and Avaya/ Nortel Digital telephones on the Queens Medical Centre campus with a redbox media server to access these recordings. The Trust is looking to expand its redbox recording system to allow for the recording of 90 channels of DASS2 calls to the QMC Avaya/Nortel Meridian 1000MG and add an additional server at the City Hospital campus with the capacity to record 24 Avaya/Nortel digital phones and 90 channels of DASS2 calls to the Avaya/Nortel Meridian 1000MG.
