Tender description

The BBC is conducting a competitive procurement for the provision of Recruitment Services in accordance with the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation process under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The requirements are broken into a Base Tender and 2 Options:- • Base Tender: the provision of UK Recruitment Services (including BBC Worldwide Ltd (BBCWW) UK hires) • Option 1: the provision of International Recruitment Services (excluding BBCWW) • Option 2: the provision of International Recruitment Services for BBCWW Bidders are asked to note that the BBC may not proceed with either Option1 or Option 2. The BBC will use the negotiation sessions to explore this possibility. The Contract will have a term of 3 years from Service Commencement on 1st April 2016. The Contract may be extended at the BBC’s discretion by up to 2 years. The BBC is looking to sign the contract in December 2015 and to allow for a 3-4 month transition period prior to Service Commencement.
