Tender description

The MOJ is looking to scope requirements to procure the services of an experienced recruitment marketing communications and resource management provider, who is able to provide a range of services which includes, but not limited to recruitment marketing communications, resourcing and candidate management solutions and pre-employment checking service. The provider would need to support on mass volume recruitment campaigns for roles such as Prison and Probation Service Officers as well as smaller, low volume more specialised campaigns. Additionally, the Authority (MoJ) reserves the right to discontinue the tendering process and not to award a contract.
