Tender description
The University invites applications from roofing contractors for the upgrade of Block L roof areas on the Coleraine Campus. Block L is an occupied teaching block and the works will include the overlaying of the existing flat roof areas with a new Geco insulated roofing system. The total area of the roofs is approx1350sqm. The building will remain occupied for the duration of the works. It is anticipated that the works will commence early 2016 for a period of approximately eight weeks.
