Tender description
To provide an assertive street outreach service for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The main aim of the service is reduce the numbers of rough sleepers in the borough by supporting vulnerable people to move away from a harmful street lifestyle and into accommodation or other support services for which they are eligible. The servcie will work in partnership with other council departments and external agencies including the Police and Home Office.
