Northern Ireland Railways Infrastructure Division wish to establish a list of suitably qualified Economic Operators to provide Railway infrastructure technical training in the following fields:- Lot 1: Signalling & Telecomms Lot 2: Northern Ireland Rule Book The following elements, although not a comprehensive list is an indication of the range of training and assessment required by Northern Ireland Railways over the next 1 - 3 years. Lot 1 Signalling & Telecomms:- • Basic Control Tables • Concept 32, • TCP/IP Ethernet Networks • PTS, TSC, Lookout • Basic Signalling Techniques • HW 1000 points • SMS /SMTH. Lot 2 NIR Rule Book:- • Personal Track Safety • Look-out • Track Safety Co-ordinator • Emergency Operator • Points Operator • Person in Charge of Possession • Engineering Supervisor
