Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the “Authority”) is issuing a Request for a Quotation (‘RFQ’) for the supply, installation, commissioning and on-going maintenance of a Queue Management System (QMS) as described in the accompanying Service Specification (“the Services”). The QMS is to be installed in the Customer Service Centre at Kensington Town Hall and be operational by May 2017
